Welcome to Greatstone Primary School

Our school welcomes children from the age of two in our Nursery and provides a seamless transition into Reception through our shared Early Years Learning Zone. From these first experiences through to Year 6, we are committed to ensuring every child receives an education that enables them to achieve academically, develop personally and prepare successfully for the next stage of their education.

Through engaging themes, high-quality texts, practical experiences, educational visits, Beach School, outdoor learning and opportunities to contribute to the local community, children develop the knowledge, skills and character needed to become confident, compassionate and successful learners.

Strong relationships between home and school are central to our success, and we value the partnership we build with parents and carers throughout every child’s journey.

Beyond the classroom, children enjoy a wide range of enrichment opportunities including sport, music, performance, leadership roles, clubs and community events, helping them discover new interests, develop talents and build confidence.
